we love the idea of big feather earrings or bangles, but to put a different spin on it try a feathered head band. anyone whose been to a concert knows it can get pretty hot, especially with the added summer heat. that makes printed tanks the best option, breezy and flowy, you can find them everywhere in every shape size and color. to cover up later in the night try and find a light sweater kimono style. we love this aztec, fringed mono, it had so many amazing things going on. pair these tops with some high waisted denim shorts. denim is coming back in a huge way. this summers denim is colored, printed, ombred, laced, and we can’t get enough of it! flip flops are a common choice for this type of event but not the right choice. a good pair of ankle booties or cowboy boots is what you need. they help you avoid that dirty hippie foot look and just help pull the look together, so keep your flippy-floppies at home. finally make sure to accesorize this look with a great bag (to hold your mono, phone, mula, and gloss) and lots of jewelry. we want both the fringed suede bag, and for some more pop of color the beaded bag. the more bangles and necklaces you put on the better. mix metals, stones, wood, old and new.
